The Thunder will spend $20 million to purchase operating license of games

July 5, 2011 / The Thunder starts Roadshow on July 5 and issue Price will be confirmed in the 4th week of July. The Thunder is looking to raise $121.6 million from the offering. This is only half amount of money the Thunder originally planned .Because of China Stock encountered crisis of confidence in Wall Street in this year. Thunder has to reduce the money.

The Thunder will spend $20 million to purchase digital media content and operating license of games. The Thunder has announced its first FPS online game,Final Combat and the game will be released in this year.Final Combat is similar to Team Fortress 2 , the Team Fortress 2 belongs to Valve.

In first quarter of this year, Thunder achieves revenue of $14.3 million, up 200% year-on-year. Thunder achieves a net income of $1.77 million, up 22% year-on-year.

According to Iresearch data,by the end of February 2011, the Thunder have 291 million active user.
