Hewlett-Packard Co said Thomas E. Hogan, executive vice president of enterprise business sales and marketing, is planning to resign within two months.
According to the company, Hogan, will be succeeded by Jan Zadak, who is managing director for H-P Europe, the Middle East and Africa. And Hogan will assume the role on May 1.
Hogan joined HP in 2006 "and drove a significant extension of the company’s software portfolio, tripling revenues and expanding operating results," HP said.
