工作職責

2) 遊戲策劃師
Position: Game Designer
Report to: Producer

職責描述:
-將會負責遊戲及相關功能的各項需求,具體包括成一款手機遊戲的:產品設計,原型設計,界面設計,數值平衡,文檔撰寫,項目管理。
-對分配的項目能夠負責人並積極帶領制作團隊深刻瞭解項目要求,並且能夠用最簡單的方法讓團隊達成統一的目標;
-管理並控制項目質量和進度,定期的整理並匯報項目進展;
-在項目進展過程中,對項目的突發問題及反饋意見能夠積極應對並靈活處理;
-學習並研究亞洲流行的休閑網絡遊戲市場,瞭解成功的要素並懂得如何借鑒到PopCap遊戲中;

-五年年以上專業網絡遊戲研發經驗;
-完整負責或參與過至少一個多人在線網絡遊戲或手機遊戲的制作;

3) 原畫設計師
Position: Concept Artist
Report to: Art Lead/Manager, EA Mobile China

工作內容:
Ÿ協同主美分析項目需求,設計與繪制場景關卡, 設計繪制角色, 繪制ICON等界面相關的元素, 創作設計有出色吸引力的畫面風格;
Ÿ協助UI設計師和開發人員完成產品的最終實現,並負責產品的持續優化;
Ÿ審核CP制作,完善遊戲交互流程和制作規范。

4)2D動畫師

·精通flash動畫軟件,充分瞭解flash動畫制作流程,並能瞭解flash程序機制。

·掌控整體遊戲動畫風格。

·和遊戲制作人和設計師充分溝通, 瞭解遊戲目標和美術風格的要求.制定出高質量,有特色,能最大限度表現遊戲特色的動畫產品;

工作職責

*與遊戲制作人與設計師密切合作,使用用戶流程圖,線框圖及互動模型等多種工具為PC及web端遊戲設計的功能界面。

8)美術總監
Title: Art Director
Reports to:Studio Head, EA Mobile China

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Art Director with casual or mobile expertise at the PopCap Shanghai office. At PopCap Shanghai we value gameplay, creativity, iteration, and teams. We like to work fast and smart, learn from our failures, and have fun with our coworkers. We need an Art Director who understands these values and is looking have a major impact on a studio. This is a great opportunity to guide the creative feel of several projects as well as the creative culture of a studio.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
·Direct asset generation across multiple projects by working with Producers to generate Creative Briefs, Style Guides, Visual Targets and other documents that help set the overall visual design goals for a project.

·Sets standards for teams and contribute to studio standards.

·Provides feedback in reviews, peer reviews, and walkarounds. Approves art on projects.

·Ensures delivery of production art on schedule with high quality art deliverables.

·Helps build the art schedule with producers.

·Identifies risks for the team and works with on mitigation plans.

Experience and Qualifications
·At least 6+ years of experience in game companies.

·At least one shipped title as Art Director.

·Demonstrable history of leadership and communication skills.

·Capable of multiple art production requirements such as concept design, UI design, icon design, performance and memory optimizations, 2D and 3D art pipelines, etc.

·Broad knowledge and/or experience in all areas of games/art production with a strong foundation of fine and commercial arts.

9)遊戲客戶端工程師

10)服務器端工程師

11)遊戲測試主管
Position: QA Lead

職責

-管理QA小組日常的測試工作
-跟進測試說明和測試計劃來執行遊戲測試
-制作測試計劃,把關 QAV用例和BUG的質量
-負責分配團隊成員任務
-理解項目設計和任何相關文件
-與其他合作部門的有效溝通
-能實時發現流程中的問題,並提出改進方案

任職資格

-成熟穩重可靠,三年以上相關遊戲測試經驗
-至少一年的遊戲QA小組管理經驗

12)遊戲測試
Position: QA Engineer
Report to:Sr. QA Manager, EA Mobile China

崗位職責

1、服務器異常數據提取工作,將其傳遞給開發人員以便排查問題;
2、負責遊戲項目的服務器自動化腳本編寫、測試SERVER的架設,維護和調整;
3、負責遊戲測試網絡環境的日常技術維護、事務處理;
4、配合QA部門,解決網絡相關的遊戲測試問題和開發測試工具;
5、負責遊戲相關數據的統計分析、挖掘和總結;

職位要求

1、熟悉遊戲服務器的規劃部署,對服務器構架和網絡進行優化;
2、熟悉python/PHP/Dert/node.js/ruby等其中一種語言的程序編寫腳本(熟悉python/PHP者優先考慮)
3、熟悉各種緩存技術和靜態化設計,熟悉MEMCACHE、Redis者優先考慮
4、熟悉Mysql數據庫的管理、備份和恢復。

13)數據庫管理員
Position: Senior Database Administrator
Report to: Technical Operations Manager, EA Mobile China

職位描述:

– 負責MySQL數據庫日常運維及故障解決,設計和實施MySQL備份和恢復方案;
– 負責MySQL數據庫性能監控和調優工作;
– 開發支持、數據處理以及SQL優化;
– 制定和改進應急預案、策略和相關規范;
– 為遊戲數據庫設計提供性能和管理上的建議;
– 編寫程序或腳本分析、處理相關數據和文件(如日志等)。

任職資格:
– 本科或本科以上學歷,計算機相關專業;
– 二年以上MySQL數據庫全職DBA經驗;

14)數據庫工程師
Position: BI Engineer
Report to: Technical Operations Manager, EA Mobile China

崗位要求:
1、 負責數據倉庫產品設計、研發和測試;
2、 負責數據倉庫ETL流程的優化及解決ETL相關技術問題;
3、 參與數據產品設計和評審,保障數據平臺架構穩定;
4、 為日常運營活動提供數據支持,並且在一定程度上給予評估和建議;
5、 跟蹤並分析公司產品相關數據,為產品創新、產品設計及產品優化提供數據支持依據;
6、 指導和協助團隊內其他成員,共同建立起商業智能分析工作的流程、規范和方法;
7、 完成公司安排的其他數據相關工作和任務。

任職資格:
1、 熟悉數據倉庫的ETL的開發和數據建模,2年以上數據倉庫實施經驗;
2、 精通SQL,有較好的SQL性能調優經驗;
3、 熟悉數據倉庫各類建模理論,以及數據倉庫數據層級關系,精通多維數據模型設計,具備大型數據倉庫架構設計、模型設計和處理性能調優等相關經驗;

15)系統運維工程師

職位描述
– 負責建設和維護在線服務平臺。包括:
a) Linux和Unix系統的配置、維護、優化等;
b) 存儲、基礎服務等方面的技術支持工作;
c) 支持應用的上線與更新;
– 負責安全或網絡相關的輔助技術支持工作;
– 研究和發掘新的技術手段以不斷提高運維水平。

任職資格
– 熟悉Unix/Linux操作系統的管理、維護、使用及優化,如CentOS,Debian,Suse等;
– 熟悉在Linux下各項常見服務的基本配置、管理及使用,如web,mysql,mail等;

16)商務拓展經理
Title: Business Development Manager, China
Reports to:Senior Business Director, EA Mobile China

Summary
China is the fastest growing region for EA Games, but also the most complex, with a business that spans a wide variety of business lines (including online, mobile, console, social, and retail) and products (including world famous EA PopCap franchises like Plants vs. Zombies and Bejeweled).

The Business Development Manager is a staff role in Shanghai, reporting directly to Senior Business Director, and responsible for helping coordinate and manage EA Mobile’s diverse business development & sales activities across the region and across the company. This is a broad role, with diverse responsibilities which include planning, forecasting, project management, contract management, and reporting.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
·Maintain the China product roadmap, ensuring that all projects from across the region are accurately represented so that the business can be driven from a single source.

·Drive the revenue forecasting process each month, working with country managers and other business owners to accurately predict expected revenues for the region.

·Participate in the contract negotiation process for all deals in China, ensuring that deals move smoothly through the legal process by working closely with EA’s legal counsel in Seattle and the relevant business owner in EA China. Help prepare term sheets, and maintain a list of deal prospects in China.

·Research and prepare presentations to assist country managers and other business owners in communicating EA’s breadth of business with potential partners.

·Prepare and distribute quarterly reports summarizing the status of EA EA’s business to stakeholders throughout EA, including top management and board of directors.

·Initiate and manage special projects from time-to-time on behalf of country managers or other business owners in China, such as locating and hiring 3rd party developers to develop one-off projects as needed to meet specific business opportunities.

·Participate in strategic planning activities with China regional senior management to help develop China growth strategies for EA.
·Develop intelligence on the casual game industry in China by playing current games, gathering and analyzing relevant industry news and reports, and building and maintaining a network of industry insiders.

Key responsibilities

Establish extensive relationships in the game space in China (with focus on online/mobile games), and look for opportunities for cooperation/partnership that help accelerate EA’s entry/market share in China.
On assigned products, to be the overall product project manager and facilitate communications/relationship between internal development team (or studio) and 3rd party publisher team, identifying and addressing issues that arise during integration and running service.
